Russell Grant
Russell Grant is a multidisciplinary leader with a background that uniquely qualifies him to lead a modern civil and environmental engineering firm. With a B.S. in Environmental Studies from Utah State University and an MBA from Strayer University, Mr. Grant blends technical expertise, regulatory insight, and operational leadership to deliver infrastructure solutions that are practical, resilient, and regionally grounded. Prior to founding Patriot Engineering, LLC, Mr. Grant worked at Northrop Grumman as an AOI Team Lead in Precision Electromechanical Assembly, where he directed technical teams on high-stakes defense programs including the Sentinel ICBM, JSF F-35, and AN/APG radar platforms. He developed formal training programs, led internal and external audit preparation, supported quality assurance efforts across advanced manufacturing lines, and managed environmental compliance within a highly regulated, ISO 9001-certified environment. Earlier in his career, Mr. Grant spent over five years as a lease operator for Crescent Point Energy, where he managed daily operations across 36 active crude oil wells and ensured consistent air and stormwater compliance. His responsibilities included SCADA/PLC operations, government relations, and environmental reporting. As a technician at Wood-N-Design, LLC, he expanded his expertise in project management, CAD design, environmental systems, and business operations, while also managing compliance across custom fabrication and construction workflows. Mr. Grant’s strengths include strategic planning, regulatory navigation, team leadership, and long-term client development. He is equally comfortable reviewing engineering plans, coordinating field operations, and engaging with government stakeholders—traits that position him as a deeply capable leader for both technical and community-facing infrastructure projects. As a Utah native and Roosevelt-based business owner, Mr. Grant understands the needs of rural infrastructure clients and is committed to advancing development in a way that is both economically responsible and environmentally sound.
